Between the natural area above and the marina, beach, and boulevards below in the city, a walk unfolds along the chalk cliffs. The path offers varied views toward the city of Perret and the arrival of large container ships on the open sea, and leads walkers up to the wide grass plateau above. An open pavilion welcomes visitors. The changing weather of Le Havre has long attracted artists; today, there is once again space for art through an artist in residence program.​
